Evaluation of International Youth Exchanges

How i-EVAL Works – The Tool in Detail

i-EVAL enables the self-evaluation of a youth exchange or professional event through the use of digital questionnaires. Participants and group leaders (staff) complete these anonymously and autonomously on any device:

The results can then be analysed statistically and displayed graphically.

Evaluation Options

Providers of youth exchanges – non-profit associations, organisations, umbrella bodies and central agencies – can choose from five evaluation formats based on the anonymised data:

From a single exchange to an annual overall evaluation – i-EVAL grows with your needs.

Languages & Questionnaire Types

The questionnaires are available in German, English, French, Greek, Hebrew, Polish, Turkish and Ukrainian – each in a short or long version.

The following questionnaire types are available:

Individual Customisation

To better reflect the specific context and setting of your organisation, questionnaires can be individually adapted: up to 10 existing items can be removed and up to 20 organisation-specific questions can be added.

Additional Question Modules

Depending on the thematic focus and objectives of the project, content modules can be integrated into the questionnaire:
